Frequently Asked Questions

What does Ratio Christi even mean?

Ratio Christi is Latin for Reason of Christ.

We believe that Reason and Logic are gifts of God that He intended for us to use to discover Truth.  The Bible says clearly that we are not to have Blind Faith, but to "test the spirits" to discern what is true, and right, and good.

We invite all people to come and discuss their questions or issues with Christianity, and together we can examine the evidence in a logical and respectful discussion, with each person making up their own mind.

How can I join?

Great Question! to join, simply attend one of our meetings or events and get involved in our community. Membership is open to all students.  To get notices and reminders join our GroupMe at groupme.com/join_group/88426438/ojIRB7v4

What types of events does are held?

RC-KSU hosts a variety of events.  Our weekly meetings on Tuesday evenings are the primary events.  We also host one or more Big Events in an auditorium each semester on an interesting topic.  Please see the Archive to see some of those.

And this semester will will start small group studies if we have enough students interested.

Check the Events for more info on upcoming events.

Is RC-KSU affiliated with a specific church or denomination?

RC-KSU is a student club that welcomes students from all spiritual backgrounds. While we are not affiliated with a specific church, we are a Christian organization.  Importantly, we welcome anyone from any faith or no faith.  This makes for more interesting discussions.  We hope all will come with their questions, even those questions that they feel they cannot ask anywhere else.
